Birr Community Growery

Our Community Impact

The Growery is an urban commons and community-driven permaculture garden based in Birr, Ireland. For a decade, it served as a hub for local community engagement, offering workshops on soil health, organic food cultivation, composting, and ecological land care. The organization empowers residents to collaborate on natural building projects and sustainable energy solutions, such as the Blue Flame Tour, while fostering a space for local artists and environmental education.
