Blanchardstown Centre for Independent Living (BCIL) is a user-led, community-driven organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through the principles of self-determination, choice, and control. For over 30 years, BCIL has provided essential services including personal assistant support, home care, accessible transportation, and community gardening, while advocating for disability rights and social inclusion in the Dublin 15 area.
