Brill Family Resource Centre (FRC) serves the communities of Ballybeg, Kilbarry, Lacken, Larchville, Lisduggan, and Manor St John in Waterford City. Their mission is to deliver integrated, community-led family support, education, wellbeing, and economic initiatives to help individuals and families experiencing disadvantage build the skills, resilience, and connections needed to improve their life outcomes and create a more inclusive, healthy, and thriving community.
