About us

Caterpillar Montessori School

Our Community Impact

Caterpillar Montessori is a Tusla-registered pre-school located on a dairy farm in Crossabeg, Wexford, offering an extensive Montessori programme. The school focuses on the holistic development of children—nurturing their mind, body, and spirit—through a 'prepared environment' that encourages independence, self-assurance, and a love for learning. By integrating nature walks and farm animal care into their curriculum alongside traditional Montessori subjects, they provide a unique educational experience that allows children to develop at their own pace. They participate in the ECCE scheme, offering free pre-school Montessori education to support affordable childcare in the local community.
