Cumas New Ross is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities through a person-centered philosophy of 'Individualisation Towards A Better Life.' Originally established in 1976, the organization underwent a significant transformation in 2012 to move away from traditional sheltered workshops toward a user-led model that empowers individuals to realize their personal goals, enhance their independence, and actively participate as valued citizens in their local communities.
