The Dolphin House Community Development Association (DHCDA) is a resident-led organization based in Rialto, Dublin 8, dedicated to the social, health, and physical regeneration of the Dolphin House and Park community. They provide a central hub for local engagement, health initiatives, training programs, and community events, while advocating for the area's masterplan development and supporting residents with maintenance and housing issues.
