FirstLight is a national charity providing free professional counselling, crisis intervention, and bereavement support to families across Ireland who have experienced the sudden, unexpected death of a child aged 0 to 18. Formerly known as the Irish Sudden Infant Death Association (ISIDA), the organization also advocates for research, provides training for frontline professionals, and promotes safe sleep practices.
