IQ Rugby

Our Community Impact

IQ Rugby is an initiative of the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) dedicated to identifying and developing rugby talent outside of Ireland, specifically focusing on players with Irish eligibility. Their mission is to bridge the gap between international talent and the Irish rugby pathway, ensuring that players based abroad have a clear route to represent Ireland at various age-grade and professional levels.
