Longford Community Resources clg (LCRL) is the integrated local development partnership company for County Longford. Its mission is to promote rural development and tackle social exclusion by empowering communities and special interest groups. LCRL manages various programmes, including the Rural Development (LEADER) Programme, the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP), and the Rural Social Scheme, to address socio-economic challenges such as poverty, unemployment, educational attainment, and rural isolation.
