The National Council for People with Disabilities (NCPD) is an independent, national cross-disability organization established in 2012. It operates through a network of local branches to represent the interests of disabled people, their carers, and families. The organization advocates for inclusion in decision-making processes, promotes equality, and provides practical support in areas such as housing, education, employment, and independent living, while remaining independent of government funding.
