Smaointe CBT is an award-winning mental healthcare clinic based in Carrigaline, Co. Cork, founded by Katrina Dennehy. The clinic utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of accredited professionals to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Integrative Psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals. Their mission focuses on addressing behavioural, emotional, and adjustment problems through evidence-based, person-centred approaches, while also engaging in community outreach through school talks and tailor-made workplace wellbeing workshops.
