Strand Celtic Football Pitch

Our Community Impact

Strand Celtic FC is a community-focused football club based in Sligo, established in 1972. The club manages the Strandhill Community Park, providing high-quality sporting and recreational facilities including a floodlit walkway, outdoor gym, and Astro pitch. Beyond competitive football for all ages, the club serves as a vital community hub hosting local groups, mental health services, and fundraising initiatives like the 50/50 Park Draw to support facility development.
