HopeSpace is a Galway-based charity providing free, one-to-one support for children and young people aged 4-17 navigating the loss of a loved one. Through a child-centred approach using creative play, talking, and listening, they help young people process grief, understand it as a normal reaction to loss, and improve coping skills and self-esteem.
