The INOU is a national federation of unemployed people, unemployed centres, community organisations, and Trade Unions. Their mission is to represent and defend the rights and interests of those seeking decent employment, while campaigning for policies to achieve full employment for all in Ireland through advocacy, training, and welfare rights services.
