Rebel Martial Arts is a family-centred martial arts studio based in Cork, dedicated to fostering self-defence, physical fitness, self-confidence, and social awareness. Through programmes developed by 5th Dan instructor Paul O'Leary, the studio provides a safe and friendly environment for all ages, from children as young as three to adults, while supporting community members in achieving personal health and wellbeing goals.
