Solas Family Resource Centre, based in Headford, Co. Galway, is a community-run project established in 2005. It serves as a vital hub providing a comprehensive range of support services including counselling, Meals on Wheels, play therapy, health days, and youth programmes to foster community well-being and reduce social exclusion.
