Tipperary Centre for Independent Living (TCIL) is a registered charity and non-profit organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to achieve independence, choice, and control over their lives. Since 2000, TCIL has worked to remove barriers to inclusion and promote rights-based equality through services such as Personal Assistance, wheelchair-accessible transport, a day centre in Borrisokane, and community employment programmes.
