Jigsaw is the National Centre for Youth Mental Health in Ireland, dedicated to providing free, non-judgemental, and confidential therapy and mental health support to young people aged 12-25. Through a network of physical locations and online platforms, Jigsaw provides early intervention, clinical services, research, and community-based programmes to support youth mental health across Ireland.
