Portmarnock Sub-Aqua Club (PSAC) is a community-based sports organization founded in 1983 to promote scuba diving in North County Dublin. The club provides structured training, weekly pool sessions, and organized diving trips, while maintaining a strong history of community engagement, charitable fundraising, and competitive underwater sports achievements, including a Guinness World Record for the underwater 10K.
