Drogheda Women’s & Children's Refuge (DWCR) provides essential support, emergency accommodation, and therapeutic services to women and children experiencing domestic, sexual and gender-based violence and homelessness. Operating for over 25 years, the organization utilizes a trauma-informed, holistic, and multi-agency approach to empower those affected by abuse, supported by a 24-hour helpline, outreach, court accompaniment, and specialized programmes for children.
