The Japanese Martial Arts Centre, based in Royal Oak, Co. Carlow, provides instruction in traditional Japanese martial arts including Karate, Jiujitsu, Kenjutsu, and Kyujutsu. Led by Sensei Noel Amond, the centre has been active for 40 years, promoting physical fitness, discipline, and traditional martial arts techniques for adults and children from the age of 6.
