The Chigung Academy Tuam, led by Sifu Paul Whitrod, provides community-based instruction in Chigung, Tai Chi, and traditional Chinese and Indian herbal medicine. Established in Ireland in 2000 with a purpose-built facility in Tuam opened in 2015, the academy promotes health, wellness, and holistic education through classes, workshops, and seminars suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
