The Work Experience Enterprise (WEE) programme, part of the Ballymun Job Centre, provides individuals from disadvantaged communities in Dublin with hands-on IT work experience. By bridging the gap between education and employment, the project helps young people aged 18-30 overcome barriers to entry in the labour market through mentorship, real-world IT projects, and the development of essential soft skills in a professional coworking environment.
