The Irish Writers Centre is Ireland’s leading resource and development organisation for writers, founded in 1991. Its mission is to support a vibrant and diverse community of writers of all types and talents to develop their craft, capacity, and confidence. Operating on an all-island basis, the centre provides an extensive annual programme of courses, masterclasses, mentoring, and residencies to foster literary talent and support the professional development of writers at all stages of their careers.
