The Dublin Adult Learning Centre (DALC) is a registered charity providing essential adult education and community development services in Dublin's North Inner City. Serving approximately 600 students annually, the centre offers literacy, numeracy, technology, and ESOL programmes, empowering early school leavers and new residents to improve their skills, confidence, and ability to participate fully in society.
