Galway East Life Support (GELS) is a volunteer-led, registered charity established in 2013 in Ballinasloe, Galway. Dedicated to suicide prevention, self-harm reduction, and mental health awareness, GELS provides a dedicated crisis information line, training programs like A.S.I.S.T, and facilitates local support groups including the Men's Shed, Gambler's Anonymous, and a Ladies Art Group.
