The Family Centre is a non-profit organization based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, dedicated to providing vital therapeutic, counselling, and social support services. Established in 1995, the centre promotes mental health and wellbeing through professional counselling, systemic family therapy, bereavement support, and the Flourish social prescribing project, which connects community members with local groups to enhance resilience and social connectivity.
